Job title: Community Occupational Therapist
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum + super
Location: Melbourne
As a registered NDIS health provider, our Client provides a range of community-based, allied health services to people of all ages & of all abilities. You will provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, & centre-based services. Referrals may come through the NDIS, Medicare or privately. It is a mobile role, with the option to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients.
1. Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilities
2. Working within the NDIS to maximise clients level of function, capacity & social engagement
3. Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications (in relevant fields)
4. Timely documentation & report writing
5. Managing a varied caseload
6. Meeting company professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables & effective client management)
7. Attending meetings, supervision & personal development (as required )
8. Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sources
9. Working across leading software platforms & online tools

Essential Requirements:
10. Relevant Tertiary qualifications in related field
11. Discipline-specific professional registration (i.e., AHPRA)
12. Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
13. NDIS Worker Screening Check
14. Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
15. Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
16. Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle
17. Car insurance
18. Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
19. First Aid (optional)
