**The Opportunity**
We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Support Representative Team Leader to join the Warehousing team at our Mt Thorley branch.
As the Team Leader you'll be responsible for the efficient day-to-day control and operation of the warehouse, receipt and despatch functions, invoicing function, parts interpreting, invoicing and component control which abides by the policies, procedures, systems and standards we have. You will need to be proactive and energetic, and committed to ensuring a great experience for our customers and staff
**Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Parts interpretation and order processing of genuine and non-genuine parts
- Proactively provide feedback to customers on enquiries and outstanding orders
- Assist customers with technical queries
- Managing the incoming/outgoing stock requirements of the branch
- Assisting with warehousing duties such as picking, packing and dispatch
- Lead and direct warehouse staff with their daily responsibilities
- Engage with Warehouse team to ensure goals are aligned with business objectives
**Knowledge, skills, and experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
- Current drivers' licence (forklift licence will be advantageous)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Mechanical knowledge/aptitude highly regarded
- Able to work in a fast-paced workplace and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Commitment to safety
- Excellent eye for detail

- Team player attitude: we all pitch in to help out wherever we can.
- Experience in people management in a team-leader or 2IC capacity
