Professional Services at Orbus is where customer ambition turns into execution. Working hands-on with customers across APAC, the team designs, implements, and enables OrbusInfinity solutions that reflect real business complexity and transformation goals. Partnering closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, Professional Services ensures customers are set up for long-term success from initial onboarding through advanced initiatives.

The Opportunity

As a Professional Services Consultant in APAC, you will deliver consulting and implementation services for both new and existing customers across the region. Based ideally in Sydney and reporting to the Head of Customer Operations (APAC), you will play a key role in onboarding customers and helping them realize value quickly from OrbusInfinity.

This is a delivery-led consulting role. You will work closely with customer project teams to understand use cases, gather requirements, and design practical solutions aligned to customer objectives. Through hands-on configuration, training, and advisory support, you will guide customers through their Enterprise Architecture journey and support adoption across the full solution lifecycle.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and internal specialists to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. Travel across the APAC region is expected as part of customer delivery.

What You Will Do

Solution Design and Delivery

Support customer onboarding and implementation engagements from discovery through go-live
Configure and optimize Orbus products and solutions to meet customer requirements
Test solutions and produce functional documentation to support handover and ongoing use

Consulting and Advisory

Understand customer use cases and business objectives through effective discovery and questioning
Advise customers on how to best apply Orbus services and solutions to achieve their goals
Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle

Training and Enablement

Design and deliver customer training sessions and tailored learning materials
Evaluate and apply blended learning approaches to support effective knowledge transfer
Enable customer teams to confidently adopt and extend their use of the platform

Workshops and Customer Engagement

Lead workshops and consultancy sessions across onboarding and ongoing initiatives
Apply Orbus best practices to drive adoption and sustained value
Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to support satisfaction and retention

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Feedback

Deliver presentations and demonstrations of Orbus solutions to senior technical stakeholders, including CIOs and CTOs
Work with internal specialists and Professional Services colleagues to capture best practices and lessons learned
Advocate for customer needs and provide actionable feedback to Product to inform enhancements

What You Will Bring

Experience in a Professional Services, consulting, or customer-facing delivery role, ideally within a software-driven environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust

A consultative mindset with the initiative to identify problems and propose practical solutions

Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate value to customers through services engagements

Attention to detail and the ability to absorb technical information and communicate it clearly to varied audiences

Experience supporting Enterprise Architecture initiatives and working with EA platforms is preferred

Experience collaborating with Sales Leads, Project Managers, and Customer Success teams to deliver cohesive customer journeys

Fluency in English

Willingness to travel up to 50 percent as part of onsite consulting engagements
