This pivotal role involves maximising returns for clients through proactive property management practices and ensuring exceptional customer service.The Senior Property Manager will also support and manage direct reports, while identifying opportunities to provide additional services across Knight Frank's service lines.
Operating within defined budgets and procedures, this position is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring efficient property management.

Constantly meeting new people, visiting new assets and working on new projects – there is always something new to learn and it keeps me engaged and excited to come to work" Jack Elster, Property Manager at Knight Frank.Key responsibilities:Oversee the completion of management tasks for an assigned property portfolio, including rent collection, property inspections, and addressing maintenance issues.Negotiate and maintain service contracts and maintain regular contact with contractors.Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of all property, lease, and tenant data in AMS systems, including critical actions, vacancies, and lease terms.Conduct market rent reviews, lease renewals, variations, and terminations as per the AMS process.Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports incorporating financial performance, arrears, maintenance, and compliance.Monitor rental arrears and implement effective legal management including issuing breach notices if required.Conduct regular client meetings to ensure open communication and obtain clear client instructions.Who are we looking for?A candidate with a relevant degree, such as a Bachelor of Business (Property), and a Certificate of Registration.Demonstrable deep knowledge of property management and a strong understanding of building operations.A minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the Property Industry, with significant experience in Asset/Property Management.Proven experience in negotiating leases and rent reviews.Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of working with limited supervision and meeting tight deadlines.A proactive individual with a "can do" attitude, committed to quality and client satisfaction.Not the perfect fit?
