Your Role
Learn to Swim Instructor Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality, engaging, and fun swimming lessons that meet program expectations.
* Creating a secure and enjoyable learning environment for all students.
* Helping students enhance their water safety knowledge and skills.
* Assisting in the development of new and existing swim programs.
* Conducting student evaluations with precision and accuracy.
Pool Lifeguard Responsibilities
* Keeping a close watch on the pool area, anticipating and swiftly responding to potential risks.
* Being proficient at administering first-aid and resuscitation when needed.
* Ensuring everyone follows the facility rules while promoting safe aquatic practices.
* Taking proactive measures to guarantee the safety and well-being of our patrons and equipment.
* Providing excellent customer service, addressing questions, and completing daily checklists.

Essential Qualifications
* Learn to Swim and/or Lifeguard Certificate
* Working with Children Blue Card
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
* Desirable: Teacher of Babies and Toddlers and Teacher of Learners with a Disability certifications
