Rocky Bay are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our growing, agile team on a permanent full time basis. This team delivers coordination supports to NDIS customers.
About the role
- Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal, mainstream and funded supports
- Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships, resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes
- Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation

What you need to have:
- Experience in a similar role within the NDIS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Personal resilience working in a changing environment
