Disability Support Role
This is a permanent part-time vacancy in our Cromer group home, requiring 60+ hours per fortnight.
* Develop and maintain the independence of clients while advocating for their individual needs.
* Provide personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.
* Transport clients using wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
* Monitor client well-being and report progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience with behaviours of concern is preferred.
* A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
