Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Administration Manager to provide exceptional administrative support to our Logistics function.
* Timely and high-quality completion of Payroll requirements with minimal errors;
* Management of Pallet and Crate inventory administration, including stocktake for the site;
* Overseeing non-trade procurement, Freight Invoicing, and direct expenses through the Concur system;
* Investigation, lodging, and closure of customer claims, meeting Service Level Agreement requirements and providing excellent customer service;
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, Occupational Health and Safety, and Human Resources standards;
* Monitoring and replenishing Personal Protective Equipment inventory in a cost-effective manner;
* Adherence to Occupational Health and Safety processes and compliance, coordinating with the National SHE Manager;
* Supporting team performance and identifying training and development needs to maximize potential;
* Leading the Administration team to set and achieve objectives aligned with the overall business strategy.
