What You'll Be Doing:
* Greeting patients and managing front-desk enquiries with professionalism and warmth
* Booking and managing appointments using medical software (e.g. Best Practice)
* Processing Medicare and private billing
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and general admin duties
* Supporting doctors, nurses, and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothly
* Cleaning duties as required
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a medical or customer service setting (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A calm, friendly manner with a high level of professionalism
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with Medicare and medical terminology (desirable)
* Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice if required
