Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the spa's daily operations, including staff management, client bookings, and service deliveryLead, train, and inspire a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional services and exceed guest expectationsMaintain quality control of all spa services and treatments to ensure compliance with brand standardsCoordinate inventory management and supply procurement while keeping track of expensesAddress guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfactionCreate and promote seasonal spa packages and special promotions to attract guests and grow the spa's clienteleStay informed about the latest trends in spa treatments and wellness practices
Requirements
Previous experience in spa management or a similar leadership position within a hospitality setting, preferably in a seasonal environmentStrong understanding of spa services, health and wellness trends, and operational managementExcellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and guest relationsAbility to drive sales initiatives and create memorable guest experiencesOrganizational skills and attentive to detail in managing operationsPassion for the wellness industry and a commitment to providing outstanding serviceRelevant qualifications or certifications in spa management, beauty therapy, or related disciplinesWillingness to work during peak winter season, including weekends and holidays
