Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent to lead the safe and effective delivery of work in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse workforce, providing support and structure to achieve reliable operations and business outcomes.

* You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety procedures and client site safety requirements.
* Deliver best practice maintenance & asset availability for the client.
* Promote positive changes in organisational culture across the site.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in mechanical trade or tertiary qualification in mechanical, structural or construction management. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
* Recruiting resources for maintenance and project activities.
* Actively participating in the development and update of site-based operating plans and processes.
* Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
* A relevant mechanical trade background or tertiary qualification in mechanical, structural or construction management.
* At least 10 years' experience in heavy industrial maintenance and project delivery, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or site leadership role.
