What do you need to be considered?
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy, high-volume environment
* Strong commitment to maintaining brand and service standards
* Extensive food and wine knowledge (highly regarded)
* Flexible availability, including Friday to Sunday and peak service periods
* Minimum 2 years' experience in high-end or premium dining restaurants
* Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environment
* Must have excellent communication skills (fluency in English required)
* Must have a current NSW RSA Competency Card
