Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team and play a vital role in the provision of high-quality care to our residents.
The Team Leader will support the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate care to the residents across the home, ensuring that individual needs, wishes, and goals of each resident are met within an environment where they feel supported, valued, and treated with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide social and emotional support to all residents, ensuring that care provision is holistic and person-centred.
2. Support the coordination of the care needs of residents across the home, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration, pressure care management.
3. Lead/supervise care on the shift, within their designated wing or area.
4. Perform medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope of qualification, state or territory legislation, regulation, and policies for delegation and supervision.

About You
* You must have relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration to administer medication) or a Certificate IV in Ageing Support (including HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines).
* High level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
* Effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing.
* Ability to understand and use information technology and programs and to learn new skills as required.
* Current National police check.
* Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
