KJR is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to lead UAT and SIT, manage defects, and support triage.
You'll partner with cross-functional and vendor teams through sprints, writing test cases and reports, with strong communication and attention to detail essential.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute system, integration, and regression testing aligned to sprint schedulesCreate and maintain test cases and documentation aligned with business and technical requirementsCollaborate with analysts, developers, architects, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve defectsParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectivesManage defect logging, tracking, and verificationSupport UAT including environment setup and defect triageAssist with load, performance, penetration, and accessibility (WCAG) testingDeliverablesTest Cases and Plans: Stored in Excel or DevOps, aligned to traceable requirementsSystem Test Reports: Documenting execution results, defect logs, and outcomesDefect Logs: Accurate updates with resolution evidenceEnvironment Checks: Validation of test environment readiness per sprintStatus Reports: Progress updates, issues, and risksDemo Support: Functionality ready for sprint reviews and showcasesUAT Support Pack: Environment setup, defect triage, and test validationPerformance & Compliance Artifacts: Evidence of performance, WCAG, and penetration testingData Migration Test Report: Validation of migrated data for acceptanceTraining Environment Support: Prepared environments and validated scenariosRequired Experience & SkillsEssentialMinimum five years' experience as a Senior Test Analyst testing complex, integrated systemsExperience working in the government sectorExperience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Power Platform and databasesProven collaboration skills across cross-functional and cross-cultural teamsWho are we?
