About the role: You’ll play an integral role within a national TA function that operates across five specialist areas. In this position, you will:
Lead a team of up to six TA Partners through
weekly 1:1s, coaching, structure and clear expectations
Operate as a
player‑coach, managing your own portfolio while lifting capability across the team
Embed
The One Best Way, a standardised, compliant, safeguarding‑driven recruitment experience
Maintain discipline and momentum in a
high‑volume environment
Build trust, stability and culture within a team that values clarity, consistency and support
Strengthen recruiter capability through frameworks, coaching, and real‑time feedback
