Seeking Compassionate Disability Support Workers
We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and household management
* Support clients in participating in community activities, promoting independence and social inclusion
* Work collaboratively with other support staff to ensure comprehensive care
* Document client progress and provide regular updates to supervisors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassion and empathy towards people with disabilities
