* Proven experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment with a strong focus on customer service.
* Meet or exceed key commercial targets by implementing effective strategies and motivating your team.
* Ensure that all aspects of the store, including visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and auditing standards, are maintained to the highest level.
