1. Undertake and implement the administrative management system of the headquarters, and be responsible for the execution, tracking, and feedback of administrative operations within the country.
2. Organize and coordinate national annual meetings, employee activities, various types of meetings, external liaison work, and handle business licenses required for the office.
3. Manage comprehensive tasks such as the environmental sanitation of the workplace in the country, the construction management of office infrastructure, office and dormitory leasing, decoration management, and employee business trips.
4. Overall plan and manage the asset management of the workplace in the country (including workplace supporting facilities) and warehouse management work.
5. Be responsible for the prevention and handling of workplace emergencies in the country, and assist the company in dealing with various emergencies.
6. Overall plan, statistic, and analyze the national budget, and regularly report to the region.
7. Coordinate the reception of visitors from the headquarters.
8. Receive and handle the appeals of employees within the country.
Job Requirements:
1. Have overseas administrative experience in large - scale enterprises.
2. Be highly approachable, good at communication, optimistic, positive, and have a strong sense of customer service.
3. Hold a bachelor's degree or above, with majors in administrative management, business management, or industrial and commercial management being preferred.
4. Be able to use English as the working language.
5. Have good psychological endurance, stress - resistance, and learning ability.
