Key Responsibilities:

* Resolve issues at first point of contact consistently and accurately.
* Accurately record and reconcile all transactions.
* Ensure customer service areas remain clean and organized.
Service Delivery and Support
* Regularly update knowledge base information to facilitate effective resolution.
* Monitor community satisfaction through customer feedback.
* Offer booking services for council venues.
* Collaborate with staff from other departments for issue resolution.
Requirements
* Proven expertise in delivering high-quality customer service.
* Strong commitment to customer care and satisfaction.
* Cash handling experience including receipting and reconciliation.
* Demonstrated ability in a Customer Service role.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
