Customer Delivery Manager (CDM)
to oversee key client engagements within our
Customer Success and Delivery Practice
. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
Oracle
and other ERP platforms, strong delivery leadership skills, and a consulting mindset.
Role Overview:
As a
Customer Delivery Manager
, you will own the delivery lifecycle for critical client engagements, ensuring alignment between project execution, business goals, and long-term customer success. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, delivery governance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and enterprise application projects with a focus on Oracle (Cloud or On-Prem) and related platforms.
* Build strong, strategic client relationships—acting as the key delivery liaison and trusted advisor.
* Ensure project timelines, budgets, and scope are aligned and managed effectively.
* Drive successful adoption, integration, and value realization for enterprise applications.
* Collaborate with internal practice leads, solution architects, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Anticipate risks, manage escalations, and drive resolution strategies proactively.
* Contribute to practice development, delivery methodologies, and team mentoring.
Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, including delivery leadership roles.
* Deep functional and/or technical knowledge of Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion Cloud), and exposure to other platforms like SAP, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs across multiple stakeholders and business units.
* Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).
* Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.
* Experience working within a consulting/professional services environment is essential.
