Join our team at the 7 Mile Waste Facility, providing vital administrative and customer service support to keep our waste operations running smoothly. If you're an organised, proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic setting — we'd love to hear from you Part time Position, approx. 38 hours per fortnight. The days for this role would be Monday, Thursday and Friday - this role is part of a job share arrangement.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver high-quality frontline customer service and day-to-day administrative support.
* Assist with procurement, contract management, audits, and inspections.
* Maintain accurate records, registers, and waste data reporting.
* Support meetings, bookings, and minutes for Waste Services.
* Contribute to continuous process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
* Provide relief for the Senior Waste Services Officer as required.
What We're Looking For
* Strong admin background and experience in an office support role.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
* Experience managing records, databases, or registers.
* Customer service focus and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
* Current C Class Driver's Licence and National Police Clearance.
