Maternity Care Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in midwifery, with relevant tertiary qualifications and appropriate registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife (RM). Postgraduate qualifications or enrollment in a relevant program are highly desirable.
You will be responsible for working closely with clinical staff to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care. This may involve data management, outcome reporting, and assisting in the management of clinical incidents.
* Mandatory requirements include a relevant tertiary degree qualification and registration/licences with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife (RM).
* A postgraduate qualification or current enrollment in a postgraduate program is highly desirable.
* Appointees will work Monday to Friday in accordance with the unit roster.
* Travel to various facilities or units within the health service may be required.
* A C Class Motor Vehicle Licence is also necessary.
