Job Title: Store Manager Assistant
As a key member of the store leadership team, you will have a significant impact on both team members and guest experiences every day. Your role is to lead and coach your team, hold them accountable for results, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example and create a respectful and inclusive team environment that values diversity and promotes engagement among team members and guests.
* Support the Store Manager in building a strong and diverse team with various experiences, backgrounds, and skillsets to drive store operations.
* Develop and implement strategies to support ongoing learning and development of team members, providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance.
* Support the recruiting and hiring process, onboarding training, and performance management activities.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and prepare team member schedules according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.
Requirements:
* Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the assigned store.
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
* Leadership or people management experience.
* Education: High School diploma equivalent or above.
