Are you an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for quality practice and a desire to step into leadership?
We are seeking a Group Leader to support multiple classrooms per age group, providing educational guidance, mentoring, and collaborative leadership aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
This role is ideal for an educator who demonstrates great leadership potential and is ready to grow their skills in a supported, meaningful way while remaining connected to daily classroom practice.
About the Role
As a Group Leader, you will:
* Support consistent, high-quality educational practice across three classrooms
* Mentor and guide educators through reflective, collaborative practice
* Support the implementation of the EYLF principles, practices, and learning outcomes
* Work closely with the Educational Leader to support continuous improvement
* Model professional, inclusive, and child-centred pedagogy
You will be provided with 2 hours per week of non-contact time to support mentoring, planning, reflection, and leadership responsibilities.

* Approved Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA recognised)
