Description Here at Civica APAC we are seeking a Payroll System Change Specialist to assist with a 3 month temporary assignment as we migrate data from an existing legacy system to ADP. We are looking for a Payroll specialist to focus on our existing Leave Management module - overseeing the migration of data and implementation of ADP for the Civica APAC region. There may be the need to assist with on going Maternity Cover - including Payroll report preparation (e.g. Payroll Tax, Superannuation), data preparation for pay cycle processing and undertaking adhoc duties (reports, investigations, queries). We are ideally looking for someone based in Sydney, but can consider interstate applications to work on a remote basis. Requirements ADP experience preferred (similar systems will suffice) Prior experience migrating from legacy systems to new systems - understanding of end to end process required and ability to oversee to completion Strong payroll background & knowledge (Payroll Tax, Superannuation etc) - Leave Management expertise would be highly regarded Must be strong re working with data, highly proficient using Excel Good eye for detail, able to pick up and rectify discrepancies in data Track record of assimilating and streamlining processes and data for ease of use Project Management skills would be beneficial – understanding of critical path, dependencies etc Ability to collaborate across different business units - driving activity and providing updates Must have strong people skills – able to work effciently and manage multiple stakeholders Must be able to hit the ground running Benefits Why you'll love working with us We know that when our people are happy, they will work better and have greater work satisfaction.
