Job Overview

As a vital contributor to the success of our Trade Counter team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver products to customers using company vehicles
* Assist customers with product information and provide quotes
* Pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate product information
* Participate in stock control activities and help keep the branch tidy and safe


Requirements and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills
* Computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
* Clean driver's license and ability to work various shifts including weekends
