Role Description
The Assistant Showroom and Design Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Frenchs Forest, NSW. In this role, you will assist in managing daily showroom operations, ensuring outstanding customer experiences through personalized design consultations and product recommendations. Responsibilities include maintaining showroom aesthetics, supporting sales processes, leading and mentoring team members, and managing inventory and displays. You will collaborate closely with customers, including renovators, builders, and designers, to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in design consultation, showroom presentation, and product recommendations.
* Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and operational management.
* Knowledge of interior design, renovation processes, or tile-related products (highly desirable).
* Customer service expertise with a focus on creating personalized experiences.
* Proficiency in sales management and inventory control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse clients and team members.
* Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with showroom or retail technology tools (preferred).
