We’re proud to be: Australian Good Food Guide Reader’s Choice Award (2024) – Julio’s Winner – 2024 AHA WA Mid-Range Accommodation Award Silver – 2025 WA Tourism Awards (4–4.5 Star Deluxe Accommodation) The Role We’re seeking a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support day-to-day service across Julio’s, Room Service, and Events. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead a small front-of-house team, oversee service operations, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences every time. What You’ll Do Supervise service periods and guide the FOH team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events Set the tone for great service with energy, professionalism, and a strong floor presence Work closely with the kitchen team, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Venue Manger and Julio's team to maintain smooth communication Assist with people development; check in conversations and annual performance reviews Respond appropriately to guest complaints and concerns, solicit feedback and build relationships that drive continuous improvements in guest satisfaction. Promote daily specials and upsell with genuine enthusiasm Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food handling and responsible service of alcohol standards. Assisting with rostering colleagues in accordance with business forecasts and requirements, managing labor costs, and optimising shift efficiency. What We Need From You Experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B environment with supervisory experience Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Approved Manager licence (WA) Food Safety Certificate Engaging interpersonal and excellent communication skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail Planning in advance, ability to adapt and embrace unexpected operational situation changes Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Available to work a rotational roster that includes early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, weekends and public holidays are all part of the job. Proficient in point-of-sale Infosys and Opera. Microsoft Office suite. Full unlimited Australian working rights (Sponsorship is not available) Why join us?
