Join a progressive Drafting & Design studio known for its innovative approach to energy-efficient residential projects. With a strong pipeline of custom single homes, two-storey builds, and high-end renovations ranging from $500k to over $2M, this is a rare opportunity to take your design career to the next level.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead client-facing sketch and planning design phases.
* Collaborate with our offshore team to develop council-ready documentation.
* Work across a diverse project portfolio – from luxury two-storey homes and coastal builds to boutique renovations and small commercial projects.
* Engage in energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House (Passivhaus) principles – full training provided.
* Contribute to a team delivering over 160 architectural drawings per year, with exposure to a variety of energy-efficient projects.
The Breakdown:
* 70% Design | 30% Drafting (all sketch applications handled in-house)
* Strong client and planning authority liaison
* Residential builds at 8–9+ star NatHERS rating
* Training towards 9–10 star and Passivhaus standards provided

* Strong residential design experience with a creative edge
