We are on the lookout for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Aged Care Support Workers covering mainly covering Ipswich and surrounding suburbs including Springfield, Redbank, Eastern Heights, Kentville, Ringwood.

What Your Day Could Include:
* Personal Care: Supervising showers or baths, toileting, applying and removing compression garments, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, assisting with eating, transferring clients in and out of bed/chair/car, and mobility assistance where safe to do so.
* Domestic Assistance: Housework, spring cleaning, laundry, making beds, tidying rooms, storing clothes, cleaning wardrobes, meal preparation, light gardening, and care of indoor plants.
* Social & Emotional Support: Help clients stay connected through technology and activities.
* Transportation: Shopping, medical visits, and supporting community connections.
* Competitive Pay: $32.86 p/hour + 11.5% super
* Tax-Free Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a. + Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax)
* Travel Reimbursement: 99c per km.
* Equipment: Smartphone and specific tools provided.
* Support: Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.

* Parental Leave: 9 weeks paid (for eligible applicants)
* Prior experience in community or residential care and understand that the role includes providing domestic assistance.
* Hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care and can provide a transcript of completed modules to verify your qualification.
* Have Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
* Have a valid Australian driver's licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
* You are comfortable traveling up to 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach clients.
* Full COVID-19 vaccinations are highly desirable
* Position requires availability Mon - Fri (Occasional weekends highly desirable)
* Successful candidates will Initially work 20-30 hours per fortnight, with potential to increase hours.
* Preferably be available to start shifts as early as 7:00 AM and have availability across weekdays
