Your Role: As Assistant Store Manage r, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a large and energetic team. You’ll help set the tone on the shop floor balancing the demands of stock flow, rostering and operations with a focus on creating a personal, one-on-one customer experience. Deliver a personal, one-on-one service experience for every customer. Creating energy around seasonal launches and new product drops to keep the team and customers engaged. Confident assisting with big stock volumes, rostering for large teams and keeping compliance tight while the store stays premium and polished. A people-focused manager who can support the Store Manager, coach performance and help build succession while keeping morale high.
