**Job Title:** Coordinator Wardandi Wanil Art Centre
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to lead the delivery of artist development programs, exhibitions, and events at our newly announced Wardandi Wanil Art Centre.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and project coordination skills, as well as an understanding of Aboriginal culture and art.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, manage artist payments and contracts, and provide leadership and guidance to retail staff.
You will also be responsible for facilitating programming in consultation with the advisory body and elders, building partnerships and sourcing funding through grants and sponsorships, and cultivating relations with galleries, institutions, and community partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Leadership and project coordination experience in arts, culture, or community settings
* An understanding of Aboriginal culture, including cultural protocols and art
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Experience with grant writing, budgeting, and reporting
