And of course, we can't achieve this without the right talented people - that's where you come in We need two recruitment professionals to join our friendly team. You can be based in **Port Kembla NSW **or **Mount Waverley VIC **with flexible working arrangements available.
**What Will You Do?**
Reporting to the Talent Lead, you will join an established and collaborative Talent Team who collectively manages all recruitment for BlueScope across Australia. Be a trusted advisor to the business and HR as you work across your portfolio to manage the whole recruitment lifecycle.
As a Talent Partner you will:
- partner with the business to understand talent needs now and for the future
- manage end to end recruitment
- create innovative recruitment campaigns to generate talent pools, including social media advertising
- identify and deliver best practice talent solutions including the use of online assessment tools and video interviewing

Maybe you have experience in agency recruitment and want an opportunity to step in-house. Or perhaps you've dipped your toe in internal recruitment already and you're wanting to continue that journey.
We don't expect you to know everything about our industry or business - that's why we've got an internal support network at the ready We'll value your passion for all things talent and your inquisitive nature to learn about our business and people.
You will have:
- knowledge of recruitment and talent assessment frameworks
- exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- understanding of different sourcing and attraction methods
- strong attention to detail to ensure data is maintained well in our ATS (SmartRecruiters)
