Office Administrator Role
The office administrator will be the primary point of contact for all visitors to our Karratha office.
* Greet all visitors professionally and deliver exceptional customer service that promotes a culture of excellence.
Main Responsibilities: ----------------------------------- ‣ Effectively manage meeting rooms calendars.
‣ Ensure the reception area, breakout areas, meeting rooms storage cupboards are kept clean and tidy..
‣ Manage consumables, supplies PPE equipment etc..
‣ Implement swipe card controls undertake quarterly audits active cards
‣ Schedule maintenance issues on building management portals respond contractor queries
Schedule Management Skills:

2. maintain efficiency throughout daily activities
