Job Overview:
As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion. This involves ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design Development: Collaborate with architects and designers to develop accurate shop drawings for council submissions.
* Installation Management: Work closely with installation teams to provide clear plans and drawings, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
* Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate material delivery with suppliers, maintaining timely and cost-effective procurement processes.
* Project Communication: Communicate updates and changes to installation and project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Administrative Management: Oversee project administration, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor engagement, ensuring smooth project execution.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering) is highly desirable.
* Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, proficiency in software applications (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
