Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front Office Manager to join our Port Douglas team. You will oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of the resort, interacting with owners, guests, resort departments, the community, and the corporate office. Responsibilities include:
* Motivating and inspiring the front office team
* Promoting teamwork across resort departments
* Leading recruitment, hiring, and training of staff within budget guidelines
* Assisting with policy and procedure implementation and monitoring
Qualifications
* Proven management abilities
* Flexibility to meet with clients, including working weekends and holidays
* Experience in motivating, training, coaching, and disciplining employees
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in Resort Hospitality Management
