We're seeking two skilled permanent part-time Support Workers.
Bowral is a high physical‑support site caring for male and female clients with intellectual and physical disabilities, including wheelchair users. The role involves providing personal care with dignity, using safe manual‑handling practices, and assisting with meal preparation and mealtime support.

Line 1 Roster
Week 1: Mon 7–9am, Tues 2–6pm, Wed 9:30–11:30am & 2:20–6pm, Sat 11–7pm
Week 2: Thurs 9–3pm, Fri 2:30–7pm
Line 2 Roster
Week 1: Wed 9:30–11:30am & 3–8pm, Thurs 2–6pm, Fri 2–6pm, Sat 3–8pm
Week 2: Thurs 2:30–7pm, Fri 5–10pm (Sleepover), Sat 6–9am
Please note: You must be able to commit to every shift on the fortnightley rostered line to be considered for the position.
Some of our requirements:
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what's important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm OR 7am-3pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm OR 3pm- 11pm), sleepover (5pm-9am).
