If you like your work to matter and your team to be human, you'll fit in here.
We're a growing multidisciplinary allied health team seeking an occupational therapist to join us. Our work brings together occupational therapy, psychology, social work, and rehabilitation counselling to support people with complex, real-world needs.
This role suits an OT who wants to practise thoughtfully within a team that takes both people and practice seriously.
What You'll Do
You might be an experienced OT, or a newer therapist with strong instincts and a hunger to grow in this space. Either way, you're wired for depth, relational work, and trauma-informed care.
As we grow, we respond to real customer needs, meaning your week includes a purposeful mix of:
* Therapy and capacity building
* Psychosocial disability and mental-health-aligned work
* Experience in mental health or psychosocial disability is preferred but training will be provided
* Functional assessments (including participation in our developing multidisciplinary FCA model)
* Collaborative work within an allied health team
* Support for customers with complex presentations
* Meaningful clinical reasoning
How We Work
We're therapist-owned and therapist-led.
Our culture is built on hope, honour, excellence, and clinical integrity.
That means:
* We resource clinicians so they can resource customers
* We support genuine trauma-informed work
* We collaborate across disciplines, not in silos
* High trust, high quality, and healthy performance. We hit our KPIs because the culture supports it.
If you value craft, integrity, and growth, we're on the same page.
What We Offer
* $100,000–$130,000 salary (pro-rata)
* Performance Bonus Framework (uncapped earning potential)
* Admin support
* PD budget
* Mental health supervision and reflective practice
* A team culture that is warm, real, and emotionally intelligent
* Flexibility that's built through trust, not telehealth
* Stable and growing demand
* Genuine clinical identity, and the ability to shape the role over time
Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive here if you're someone who:
* Works relationally and thinks holistically
* Enjoys psychosocial and mental-health-aligned practice
* Values trauma-informed care
* Likes collaborating closely with other disciplines
* Wants to deepen their clinical reasoning
* Shows maturity, steadiness, and integrity
* Enjoys a team that cares genuinely about people
* Contributes with steadiness - willing to do the complex work as well as the simpler tasks, because both matter
Whether you bring years of experience or you're earlier in your career with strong instincts - if you're wired for depth, you'll fit in.
