Accounting Expertise Required
We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our finance team. This key role will play a critical part in delivering high-quality financial advice and guidance across the organisation.
* The successful candidate will work closely with program managers to provide expert accounting and financial guidance, ensuring the financial performance of their programs is optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with program managers and provide expert accounting and financial guidance.
* Prepare internal and external reporting, including executive and board reporting and funding acquittals.
* Perform a wide range of accounting tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, funding administration, month/year-end processes, performance reporting, and fixed asset management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Business, Commerce or equivalent qualification.
* CPA or CA qualified (or working towards).
* A current Victorian drivers licence.
* A current Working with Children Check (can be obtained during application).
