Description
The role of Electrical Team Lead involves overseeing a team of electrical trades personnel for planned maintenance, coordinating daily activities to minimize downtime and maximize fiber recovery. This is a full-time permanent position requiring the individual to be available for a day shift, 50 hours per week roster.
Responsibilities:
* Mentor and support electrical team members in ensuring safety, productivity and quality of work.
* Assist with electrical planning and scheduling.
* Provide feedback on progress of work to the Electrical Supervisor and Maintenance Planners each shift.
* Take an active approach by assisting electricians in completing tasks safely and efficiently.
