As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of pupils in EYFS, KS1, or KS2. This role offers varied experience, from general classroom support to working one-to-one or with small intervention groups.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Support individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Contribute to the assessment of pupil progress through observation and feedback.
* Support the preparation of teaching materials and classroom displays.
* Promote positive behaviour and uphold school values.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
* A degree in any subject is essential – education-related degrees are desirable.
* A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education or working with children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting learning.
* An updated CV covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps, and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
