Permanent opportunity NOR for a HR Business Partner
- Our client is seeking the expertise of a qualified and experienced HR Business Partner to join their human resources team based North of the River.
- Reporting to the Head of Human Resources you will act in a generalist capacity supporting the entire business with duties including:
- Managing grievance processes and conducting IR/ER investigations, in collaboration with the IR Manager
- Identifying the causes and contributing factors to incidents/outcomes/issues
- Reporting on investigations Employee relations o Provide strategic advice and ongoing support on employee relations issues, dispute resolution and industrial advocacy including managing escalated or complex cases where required.
- Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiation and consultative processes Assist team members in driving a high performance, values-based work culture across the Agency that fosters innovation, recognises excellence and allows people to reach their full potential.
- Support new ways of working and continuous improvement within HR to provide a high quality, professional, consistent, and cohesive HR service; and identifying and delivering developments and innovations to enhance service delivery and customers' experience.
- Monitor and evaluate staff induction and exit interview feedback and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide advice and assistance to leaders in the resolution of employment changes
- Assist line managers in the development of position descriptions for specified divisions and ensure appropriate review and update
- Participate in projects as required
- It would be preferred for you to possess experience of working within a Government of Quasi-Government entity but this is not essential.
