Reference Number: S********** Closing Date: 16/12/2025 Employment Type: Temporary Part Time (Up to October ****, with possible extension) Summary of the position: Temporary position - up to 10-months (Maternity Leave Relief, with possible extension) 15 hours per week with access to Flex-Time system Salary commencing from $****** per week + 12% Superannuation About the opportunity: We're looking for an experienced Administration Officer to play a key role in our Council's well-established Children's Services Team.
This temporary position offers the opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of the Wollondilly Pre-School, contributing to a smooth, positive and inclusive experience for children, families and staff.
The successful application will meet the following criteria: Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration and/or extensive relevant work experience in a Children's Services environment Current and valid Working with Children Check, National Police Check and Child Protection Certificate or ability to complete course Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, building strong working relationships Demonstrated understanding of and ability to apply accounting principles and legislation relevant to Children's Services environment Experience in developing and maintaining databases, record keeping and accounting (including invoicing and the reconciliation of financial statements) What we can offer you: Located on Sydney's southern fringe, Wollondilly Shire Council spans 2,560 km2 of natural bushland, scenic waterways, and vibrant, welcoming communities.
