**About The Role**:
- Oversee timely management of all order entry and queries across the Real Estate, Insurance, Service Agent, Rewards, and Project Businesses.
- Take inbound customer calls ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Manage processing outcomes for new and existing customers.
- Continuously review and identify process improvements to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business, as well as external parties.
- Assist in range management for large scale customers.

- You are self-motivated and able to work autonomously!
- You are able to prioritise your work under multiple deadlines!
- You have basic knowledge of Excel!
