Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to various departments. Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or person
* Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
* Manage the front desk and maintain a professional and organized appearance
* Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
* Maintain office supplies and inventory
* Assist with special projects and events as needed
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
