About the role
We are looking for two amazing 'All-Rounders / Caretakers' to join the team on a Casual basis and take our Fisherman's Beach Park to the next level!
We welcome applications from dynamic duo applying together. The shared workload would be distributed across Housekeeping, Front Office, and Groundskeeping, with additional caretaking responsibilities included. Due to the overnight caretaking responsibilities, the ability to live on site would be highly preferred.
The successful applicants must be available to work weekends, and public holidays as required.
You will be responsible for:
Groundskeeping: General property maintenance and repairs, as well as outdoor upkeep such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and general tidying of grounds and pathways
Housekeeping: Cleaning communal areas, accommodations and amenities
Front office: Welcoming visitors and handling enquiries, handling basic reception / administration duties.
Overnight caretaking: monitoring the property overnight and responding to issues
Waste removal and general tidying
Other duties to support smooth day-to-day operations
What You'll Bring to the Team
Friendly, professional, and confident with guests and site holders
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Practical, organised, and hands-on across housekeeping, grounds, front office, and maintenance
Available to work weekends and public holidays as required
High standards and excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Supports smooth operations, ensuring positive guest experiences and well-maintained facilities
Respectful of workplace health and safety practices
Multi-skilled across housekeeping, grounds, and front office
Must hold a valid driver's licence
