**Your new role**
We are seeking a **Program Management Coordinator** who will be responsible for coordinating portfolio delivery activities across projects, driving the DTS Delivery Model and practice, and providing support for delivery teams.
**Key duties and responsibilities include**:
- **Project Process Support**: Assist in driving adoption of delivery processes including risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation.
- **Project Assurance and Governance**: Implement project assurance processes, conduct periodic governance activities, and contribute to reporting within the portfolio.
- **Data Analysis and Financial Validation**: Summarise project data into actionable insights and validate financial information in collaboration with the finance department.
- **Training and Support**: Induct relevant staff into the practices and tools that support delivery and provide administrative support during peak demand.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Monitor portfolio health, track risks and dependencies, and identify opportunities for process improvement and consolidation across projects.
**We are looking for someone with**:
- A degree with considerable relevant experience or extensive experience and management expertise in project management or a related field.
- Demonstrated project coordination skills and ability to implement project processes within constraints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both oral and written
- Knowledge and experience working with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using SharePoint and PPM tools (desirable)
- Project management certification (desirable)
- Previous experience in a tertiary environment (desirable)
**Work Requirements**:
- Must have current work rights in Australia matching the tenure of the role.
- Based in Perth, WA or have confirmed plans to relocate. Relocation and sponsorship support are not available.
