About the Role:
We are seeking driven Club Manager to lead our team at Anytime Fitness Muswellbrook and Scone. As the manager, you are responsible for steering the ship and all things critical to member engagement and day-to-day operations of the club. From making potential and current members feel welcome the moment they step into our club, genuinely caring about our members' health and fitness journey, and managing the operations of the club. Leading a solid team of Membership Consultants is a big part of the role so people leadership experience is vital.
Work Hours:
* Full time, exact hours and daysto be negotiated. No weekend or public holiday work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead member consultant team
* Create a vibrant club culture
* Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently
* Managing contractors such as cleaners, handymen and tradesmen
* Identify opportunities for lead generation and work with marketing team to generate effective campaigns
* Manage social media content creation and posting
* Set and achieve KPIs and sales targets
* Nurture leads utilising existing systems
* Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals
* Build rapport and support the needs of potential and current members
* Help members who have lost their groove get back into it
About You:
* Proven experience in a people leader or management role (essential)
* Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Exceptional at communicating both in writing and verbally
* Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
* A genuine desire for helping people along their health and wellbeing journey
* Be target-driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets
* A hands-on and positive "can-do" attitude
* Be well presented, professional & take pride in your workplace
* Friendly personality and likeable disposition where talking to people comes naturally
Candidate Requirements:
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate (can be obtained on the job)
* Working With Children Check (can be obtained on the job)
* Police Check (can be obtained on the job)
