Family Violence Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to lead our Family Violence Service team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of our family violence accommodation and associated programs and services. This includes providing high-level professional leadership to the workforce, observing best practice management standards, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women and children affected by family violence, providing advocacy support and promoting best practice service delivery.

Requirements:
* Degree qualification in Social Work or similar qualifications is essential, along with demonstrated relevant work experience in the family violence sector.
* Experience in managing or coordinating residential care settings and case management teams is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and liaison skills, with the ability to consult and negotiate with relevant agencies.
* Ability to effectively deal with the impact of trauma and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
