Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Employability Skills Trainer. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering training programs and supporting participants to secure employment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote our services and build relationships with local employers and community organizations.
2. Guide participants in identifying their skills and abilities and develop career development plans.
3. Organize, plan, implement, and facilitate training programs.
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
* Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Availability to work part-time Monday to Friday, between 8 am to 5 pm.
